Cancellation Insurance

We are happy to offer you a hotel cancellation costs = travel cancellation insurance. This insurance substitutes your contractually binding cancellation fees. This insurance protects you if you cannot undertake your holidays due to illness, a hospital stay, a pregnancy, an accident (of the person insured) and in case of death of the insured person or a close relative.

In case you need to make use of our insurance offer, please be prepared to provide written evidence of your illness (or any of the possible events stated above) to your holiday accommodation. You must inform your hotel either via telephone or in written form immediately since this is a contractual requirement of the insurance. Written notice can be via email, fax or letter. In case you chose the written notice via letter (postal service), a prior telephone notification is obligatory. It is not allowed to inform the holiday accommodation via no-show or later than your booked day of arrival - these forms of cancellations are not allowed and/or covered by our cancellation insurance.
